ROLE: Senior Brand Designer
CLIENT: Office Intelligence (start-up)
Office Intelligence is an educational platform that helps bridge the gap between college and career with short-form courses tailored for young professionals. In collaboration with the founder, I developed a visual identity that reflects the brand’s optimistic mission: to educate, empower, and inspire the next generation. The design features a warm, cheerful color palette and soft, approachable shapes that convey encouragement, confidence, and approachability.
We began by exploring four distinct creative directions to help shape the brand’s identity. We chose Direction 2: Retro Warmth, a look that strikes the ideal balance between trust and comfort, aligning perfectly with the platform’s welcoming and uplifting mission.

Logo Explorations
After ideating a few possible symbols for the logo-mark, we landed on the owl and lightbulb, both emblems of wisdom and inspiration. I created a range of black-and-white logos using different typefaces and styles.
Final Logo
The final logo strikes a thoughtful balance between the classic elegance of the typeface and the poised owl nestled inside the letter “O.” I designed the mark with versatility in mind, creating vertical, horizontal, and condensed monogram versions to ensure it adapts seamlessly across formats.
Brand Guide
As the final step, I developed a comprehensive brand guide outlining logo usage, color palette, typography, and copy tone, ensuring a consistent brand message across all touchpoints at launch and beyond.
Spreading the Word
To build awareness for the full course offerings, I collaborated with the team to design marketing collateral, including social media ads aimed at young professionals and eye-catching flyers for campus outreach. I also supported the launch of additional content streams like podcasts, webinars, and mentorship-focused video series.
